SHEET 01 · TASK
The doctor spent time rewriting, not on the patient
Forms by hand
Every document was filled in by hand on a printed form.
The same every time
Prescriptions are almost always the same but were written anew for each patient.
A sheet is easy to lose
A handwritten sheet is hard to read and can't be found quickly in the patient's record.
SHEET 02 · SOLUTION
Three steps instead of a handwritten form
01
Patient card
Search by full name, PINFL or card number. A new card number is issued automatically.
02
Appointment from a template
The doctor applies a ready template and edits only the details: days, temperature, number of procedures.
03
Two documents
The examination record stays in the clinic's file, the “Recommended” sheet goes to the patient.

Two forms on the letterhead
- A completed appointment can't be changed — this protects the issued document.
- Nothing is deleted: cards go to the archive, history is kept.
- Each doctor has their own template library; the system asks only for the blanks.
- The “Start + options” model: 21 options in seven sections are added without rework.
